Ingredients:
4 Medium Zucchini or Zoodles
2 Tbs Sunflower Oil
1-1.5 Lb of Shrimp
2 Tbs Vegan Butter
1/4 Cup of Chopped Parsley
1-2 Tsp of Red pepper flakes
Garlic salt and pepper
Onion Powder
Heat Oil in Large Skillet and while heating make noodles if didn't buy pre cut!
Add shrimp and sprinkle salt, pepper and onion powder.
Let cook for 2 min and add butter, red pepper flakes let simmer for another minute.
Stir in parsley and Zucchini pasta mix for next 2-3 min and serve!
