I can't believe how quick the weather has changed so as we jump into fall I wanted to share all the crock pot recipes!
I have always loved the weekend barbecue and easy Saturday afternoons so...
Ingredients
3 Pounds of Chicken
Barbecue Sauce
Dry Rub-
1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 TBS of Garlic Salt
1 TBS of Chilli Powder
2 TSP of Black Pepper
2 TSP Smoked Paprika
2 TSP Garlic Powder
2 TSP of Onion Powder
1TSP Turmeric
Place the Chicken in the crock pot cover with the dry rub that was already made and mixed together well. Rub into the chicken on all sides. OPTIONAL add 3 TBS of water to the bottom of the crock pot. Let cook on high for 4-6hours. Make sure you check for any sticking or burning. Once Chicken is done cooking cover with sauce and use fork so chicken falls and shredded for you!
