Ground Turkey is a easy way to make some healthy changes!
DONT let it be tasteless!
Ingredients
1 pound of ground turkey
1 cup of carrots
3-4 large potatoes chopped and diced like French fries
1 yellow onion
1/2 cup of Daiya Cheese
SPRINKLE OF GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER
Add ground turkey to skillet and I like spraying with coconut oil or add 1tbs of water to help with any sticking. Brown meat till almost done and add all the veggies, dry seasoning, and
stir. Once meat seems done add the cheese (its dairy free just a healthier choice). If seems to be sticking turn down heat and add the lid and let cook- stir frequently. once everything starts to soften remove from heat and serve!
