2 TBS Avocado oil
4 small chicken breast
Zoodles or 4 large zucchini to make them
1 TBS Garlic Salt
1 TSP Chili flakes
Pepper
15 oz of coconut cream
1 cup Diaya Cheese
Place zucchini on paper towel to dry and sprinkle with garlic salt
Heat 1 TBS of oil in sauce pan over medium heat
Add chicken breast then season salt and pepper 4-5 min of each side
Set aside and add the remaining to the the skillet and Mix slowly stirring
then add chicken for another 4-5 min.
