So my Goal is for you to read this and know not every thing that has greens taste like a leaf!

When drinking a smoothie and "hiding" that taste use this formula.
Pick a base(One)
8 oz of
-Water
-Coconut water
-Green tea
Pick one
-2 handfuls of Romaine
-2 handfuls of Spinach
-2 cups of Kale
-2 cups of Lettie
Pick TWO
-1 Apple
-1 Grape fruit
-1 Pear
-1 Banana
-2 kiwi
-1 cup of Grapes
-1 cup Pineapple
-1-1.5 cup of Berries
To boost energy can add ( your choice)
Raw Cacao
or Raw Maca
Add your choices to blender and Enjoy, if I'm feeling more of a frozen smoothie I will add a cup of ice just for texture, don't be afraid to play with ingredients to find your Favorite!
