We are GLUTEN FREE in this house and we love a good gluten free noodle!
Ingredients -
1 gf box of noodles
4 oz of mushrooms
dry Italian seasoning
2 cups of spinach
1.5 tbs of avocado oil
SYMPLE AND QUICK
Boil the noodles and while they cook start a skillet with oil, spinach, and mushrooms!
I keep on low staring and getting all of them wet from the oil.
Once the noodles are cooked drain the water and add to skillet.
LAASST STEPPP!
Sprinkle the dry seasoning onto the skillet and mix well!
I don't use the whole packet but just enough to add extra tase. Leave the heat on low while mixing and let sit for 1-2 minutes and ready to serve!
