Turkey Chili Sandwich

Ingredients

1-2 Cups of Sliced Cabbage sprinkled with pepper

1 Tbs of Sunflower Oil

1 Onion chopped

1/2 Tbs of Garlic Salt

8 Oz of Ground Turkey

1 (15 oz) can of Pink Beans in sauce ( Goya is a popular one)

1 (10 Oz) can of mild diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis

Rolls or buns


In a non stick skillet add the oil and cabbage and garlic salt, add to medium heat.

Once ingredients start to simmer, add onions and ground turkey.

Keep stirring and cook until brown.

Once browned add in beans and tomatoes and

let cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and add evenly to each bun and ready to serve!
