Sweet Potato Desert Style

Who isn't a fan of sweet potatoes ??

But is full of nutrients, right!!!??

How about adding a few fan favorites.


Ingredients:

1 Sweet Potato

2 Tbs of Peanut Butter

2 Tbs of Cocunut Flakes

1 Banana

2 Tbs of Organic Maple Syrup

1-2 Tbs of your favorite Granola ( KIND is our favorite brand)

Dairy Free choc chips Mixed with PB fit melted! ( Enjoy Life is the brad we love )


How to:

*Cook sweet potato pending size 2-3 Min in microwave after putting a slit in top with a knife.

* Once cooked all the way through slice in half, then cut banana and add.

*Add the peanut butter to the microwave in 30 sec increments to melt!

*Drizzle peanut butter and syrup to the top and then start adding all toppings minus the chocolate chips and the pb fit!

* Add those to microwave 30 sec increments and mix and top!




NOTES: Can top with nearly any fruit and mix different toppings! I tried to attach a couple different options!
