2 of each -Zucchini and Squash
2-2 1/2 tbs -Sunflower Oil
1/4 tsp -Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp -Salt and Pepper
1/3 of a cup -Cheese of choice ( parmesan is best)
we use Diaya
1/3 of a cup -Panko Gluten FREE breadcrumbs
LETS GET STARTED
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare (3-5 SLICED and mixed) zucchini and squash
Onces sliced Layer in a baking pan
Drizzle the sunflower oil and then salt and pepper on the sliced veggies
In another pan mix breadcrumbs, cheese, and garlic powder!
Once mixed well sprinkle over the zucchini and squash
Cover baking dish with foil and cook for 30-35 min!!!
