Smothered Chicken

Ingredients

10 Chicken tenders

1 Tomato

1 Cup of fresh mushrooms

1 Cup of Diaya dairy free cheese

Garlic salt

Pepper

1 Cup of spinach

Sun flower oil ( optional )





Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and add chicken to a pan and make 3-4 slices in your chicken.

Next dice the tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach so they fit into the slices of the chicken. Once added to the chicken drizzle the oil and lightly season the salt and pepper, then add cheese and cook for 30-35 min!

Let cool and ENJOY!
