Roasted Carrots AND Mushroom AND Thyme

Ingredients

10 oz of carrots

8 oz of mushrooms

2 tbs of sunflower oil

1/2 tsp of dry thyme or if chopped thyme leaves 1 tbs

Sprinkle of garlic salt and pepper


Directions


-Preheat oven to 450

-Peal or cut carrots to your desired size

**I like sliced in half down the long portion so they still are larger

toss into the 1 tbs of oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.

- Once mixed spread on large roasting tray ( or pan).

-Roast for 20 min

and while roasted add mushrooms cleaned to the mix you had the carrots in and add the remaining oil!

-Remove Carrots ( after the 20 min) add the mushroom and mix well!

-Roast for another 15 Min and serve!
