Rice Stir Fry

Ingredients

2 tbs of sunflower oil

1/2 cup of chopped onion

1/4 tsp of dried thyme

24 oz of green beans ( I use 2 cans of fresh natural green beans drained)

1- 1.5 cups of water

1.5 cups of uncooked rice

2 cups of corn ( or 1 can)



Directions

1. Add sunflower to a skillet over medium heat.

Add onions and thyme.

2. After letting cook for 4-5 min. Add the green beans and corn or any other veggies of choice.

3. Add water and rice and cook till simmer ( stir often so don't stick).

4. Once simmering stir and cover and let cook for 5-8 min.

5. Let cool, stir, and serve!
