2 Bananas
1 Large egg or apple sauce as substitute
2 1/4 cups of Gf rolled oats
1 Tbs of Honey
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of sea salt
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1.5 -2 cup of Vanilla almond milk
1 Small cup of vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Tbs of Earth Balance butter
Add to Blinder until almost smooth and not to thick.
Add to stove top at desired size and flip every 2-3 min to a side
two times!
