Happy Cinco De Mayo


Ive been working with some friends on some fun recipes

SO LETS HAVE SOME FUN.


1 Tomato cut and purée 1 Jalapeño 1 Green pepper 1.5 cups of Corn drained 1 SMALL can of Black Beans Drained 1 Onion 2 Tbs of Organic Tomato Pasta Sauce Lime EO 1/2 of Tbs of Garlic Salt 1/2 Tbs of Pepper 1/2 Tbs of Chili Powder Purée the tomato and add to skillet on low heat with all other diced and drained veggies. Once veggies are heated add dry seasonings. In a separate bowl add pasta sauce and then dip two tooth pics into the lime juice then stirring them into the sauce before adding to the skillet! Mix well!!!! Let simmer till mixed and veggies are cooked thoroughly. Enjoy with some corn chips!


IF you don't have lime still tase GREAT but adds a extra kick!
