With summer here so many of us are either grilling out or doing quick wraps so I wanted to share a easy sandwich or wrap that you can do and take it to go!


BLT STYLE

1/2 tsp of sunflower oil

4 cups of spinach

1tsp of garlic salt

pepper

2 cups of mushroom ( optional)

8 slices of bacon ( can use turkey as well)

6 slices of Italian bread or we use GF

2 cups of Daiya mozzarella style shredded cheese

2 cups of Daiya cheddar style shredded cheese


Heat a large skillet and add oil, mushrooms, spinach and dry seasonings ( sprinkling the pepper just enough for taste). After 1-2 Min on high heat add the cheese and turn heat lower just enough to Saute for another 2-3 min. then remove the mix from heat.

Return pan to heat and add bacon.


After toasting bread top with the mix and then crispy bacon!


If using a wrap - Start with a clean skillet on medium heat and brown both sides of TWO wraps! Once browned remove one and add the mixes with the wrap flat and let cook for another min. adding the other wrap to the top!

Remove from heat and cut like a pizza!!!
