Korean Style

3 Tbs of Gluten FREE soy sauce

1.5 Tbs of honey

1/2 Pound of lean beef sliced very thin

1/2 Onion sliced very thin

3 Medium zucchini or Zoodles I featured on my Facebook page

1 Medium carrot

1 Garlic clove Finley sliced

4-5 sliced mushroom

6 Ounce of baby spinach

3 Tbs of cooking oil I used vegetable oil


Instructions

1. In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce and honey.

In a large bowl combined the beef and onion and pour in ONLY half the mix of soy and honey.

2. Spiralize both carrots and zucchini and cut to desired length.

3.Heat a pan on stove top and add cooking oil, once hot add all vegetables, and garlic. Now add the remaining sauce.

Make sure you don't over cook the zucchini noodles. You want them to keep there shape! And the green color to become more vivid.

4. Remove what is in stove top pan ( keep close).

5. Add the Mixture of meat and sauce from the 1st step. Spread the juice and meat very good and then let cook on each side for about 30 seconds each (edges should be golden)

6. Now add the rest and let cook till desired texture.
