In honor of Thanksgiving don't miss out on some "treats" Banana Bread (Gluten Free & Dairy Free)

Ingredients:

3 banana mashed

3 eggs

1/4 cup of vegetable oil

1/4 cup of raw honey

1 tbsp coconut sugar

2 tsp Vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

2 cups gluten free all purpose flower

1/3 cup of applesauce

1 tsp baking soda


Instructions:


1. Pre heat over 350 degrees

2. In a large bowl mix mashed banana, egg, oil, honey, sugar, vanilla, and applesauce.

Mix well.

3. In a smaller Bowl mix your flour, salt and baking soda.

4. Add your dry ingredients to your wet and mix WELL.

5. In a bread pan drizzle a little vegetable oil or sun flower oil on the surface to prevent from sticking

6. Bake Bread in over for 45 minutes, checking after 30 minutes, then every 10 minutes after until tooth pick can be stuck in and out with out having wet mixture on it when comes out.

7. When bread comes out let cool.

Once cool ready to serve!
