HOMEmade Gluten Free Stir Fry

Ingredients:

10 OZ of Chicken Chopped

Veggies (of Choice)-

Pees

Corn

Mushrooms

Cauliflower

Broccoli

Carrots

Peppers

Avocado Oil

Garlic Salt

Pepper

Onion Powder

Ronzoni Noodles


Instructions:

In another skillet add all the veggies and 1-2 tbs of oil and lightly season-sprinkle the seasonings on low heat.

In another skillet add the chicken and do the same!

Once the chicken is cooked the majority of the way through cut and add the the cooking veggies and turn up heat just a tad to simmer!

Make sure you have not forgot about the noodles and string, they should be about done and you will drain from water and coat with oil and garlic salt and pepper! STIR, stir good! And add to the chicken and veggies.
