1 pound of ground chicken
1/2 cup of franks red sauces
1-1.5 cup of heart health (gf,egg free, dairy free)
2-3 tbs of un sweet original almond milk of choice
Half of a bag of Daiya chedder vegan cheese
Add all ingredients to crock pot of fish stirring frequently!
Let cook for 4-6 hours and until meat is cooked and ground to your liking!
