Flat Out

So, if you have not heard of Flat out "shells" your missing out.

They aren't gluten free but a lot of my clients use them because of the protein!!

I was so excited to share this recipe because if you know me you know I love my Mexican like food!!!


Ingredients

2 flat out protein wraps

1/2 cup of BBQ

1/3 of Daiya Cheese

6 oz. grilled chicken breast

1/2 white rice-cooked

1 tbs of red onion

1 tbs sunflower oil


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.


On a large baking sheet use sunflower oil and spread evenly.

Lay flat bread flat, put 2 tbs of BBQ and smooth onto the wrap-flat bread, Sprinkle cheese.

Mix the remaining BBQ in a saute pan with the chicken cooking till evenly cooked.

Use a fork and shred into desired size pieces.

Add the cooked rice ( follow the cooking instruction from desired rice) and onion to pan stirring and cooking onions for 2-3 min.

Add these toppings to the flat bread and add to the preheated oven for 5 min.

Once 5 Min. is up can add more cheese and ENJOY.
