Ingredients 3.5-4 lbs ground turkey 2 cups shredded zucchini or chopped spinach or a combination 1 onion finely chopped 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 2 tbsp coconut flour 4 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper
1 tbs sunflower oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, if desired.
Mix together all of the ingredients well, minus oil. Scoop 30-40 meatballs onto the tray using a large cookie scoop (or by hand) rolling. Sprinkle sunflower oil over the rolled balls.
Bake for 23-25 minutes.
