Corn Pop

INGREDIENTS 3-4 Cups of corn ( fresh or canned is fine) 1/2 Of a red pepper diced 1-2 Jalapeno diced 3 Tbs of Dairy FREE butter ( we use Earth Balance) 1/4 Tsp of paprika 3 Cups of Diaya dairy FREE cheese salt and pepper Optional: Ive also added 1 cup of cooked white rice too but this can be added or left out. EXTRAS: Organic Salsa, parsley for toppings, hot sauce, and extra cheese if like! INSTRUCTIONS Pre heat oven to 350 degrees How corn if needed and chop veggies Sauté peppers to soften adding butter Add corn and seasonings Stir in 2 Cups of cheese Then pour into a baking dish and top with last cup of cheese Cook for about 10-15 min then READY to serve!
