2 CHICKEN BREAST SHREDDED

2 DICED AVOCADOS

1 POUND OF GLUTEN FREE COOKED PASTA (ROTINI)

1 CUP OF DICED TOMATOES

1/2 OF CHOPPED BASIL

GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER


DRESSING-

1/2 CUP OF WHITE VINEGAR

1 TBS OF ITALIAN SEASONING

3/4 CUP OF EXTRA BIRGIN OLIVE OIL

SALT AND PEPPER


IN A LARGE BOWL ADD THE PASTA MIX, CHICKEN ( SHREDDED), AVOCADO, ONION (OPTIONAL), TOMATO, BASIL


IN ANTHER BOWL COMBINED ALL DRESSING INGREDIENTS AND STIR WELL!


DRIZZEL TOPPING OF THE DRESSING AND CHILL TILL READY TO SERVE!
