1 lb of ground beef or ground turkey
1 onion chopped
2 tbs of garlic salt
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup diced cabbage
3/4 cup of diced red pepper
4 cups of bone broth
1 tbs of gluten free soy sauce
1/2 tbs of honey
1 cup of your favorite rice
2-3 cans of tomato sauce
This is easy to throw in a crock pot before a long cold work day or just a Sunday game day share.
Brown your meat in a skillet lightly then add all ingredients minus the rice to a crock pot and let cook for 2 hours and then add rice! should be ready within another hour but for more taste let cook for another 2 after adding rice!
