Bone Broth

2-3 large Carrots chopped

3 stalks of Celery

1 tbs of Bay leafs chopped

1 Onions

1tbs of Garlic salt

Pepper

Water

1 tbs Sunflower oil

1 tsp Lemon juice

3 pounds- normally 2-3 bones of beef bones ( I call them hock bone)

** the more pink the better

Place Veggies , garlic salt, bones in slow cooker and sprinkle with pepper and oil and juice.

Then cover with just enough water to cover the bottom and make everything about a inch.

Let cook for 8-10 hours stirring occasionally and add pepper and bay leafs every time you stir ( just a sprinkle).
