Turkey Burgers a little less turkey

SO I shared a picture on facebook of my turkey burgers and I had a lot of request so here it is!

I love playing with food and spices to make healthy taste better for every one!


This fed 3 and I would do MORE if /when cooked again

Note: make sure its 85% -15%fat, the less fat means less chance of it forming and staying formed.


1 pound of ground turkey

1 Hand Full of Spinach chopped

1/2 of an Onion chopped

Grill Master steak seasoning (see picture)

Garlic Salt (see picture)

Black Pepper (see picture)

2 TBS of Sun Flower oil


I a mixing bowl add meat, spinach, and onions chopped and mix well.

Once mixed well add seasonings and mix and create ball like burgers . Add to a skillet with sun flower oil in bottom on low heat, and cook both sides evenly.

Serve and ENJOY!
