Gluten free stir fry!

STIR FRY

serves 1


INGREDIETS

4 oz of chicken

3 Cups of Cabbage

1 Squash

2 -3 Cups of Broccoli

1/2 a box of gluten free Noodles

Salt

Pepper

2-3TBS of Sun Flower oil


1. Boil water and noodles as instructed on box.

2. While boiling get a pan and add chopped cabbage, chopped squash, broccoli, and oil.

3. Stir well

4. ADD chicken and drizzel with salt, I also like swiping garlic salt !

5. Once noodles are drained and chicken has been flipped and evenly cooked on both sides add to the mix.

6. Spinkle pepper and stir well!
