Budg~et

noun

1. an estimate of income and expenditure for a set period of time

Misconception of time, money, and freedom come along with eating healthy.

Eating Healthy doesn't mean you need a loan or to drop your whole pay check at the store either!

Don't dig your own grave with your own fork and knife!
Your health is an investment not and expense.

Make a list

You got this! Plan your run to the store. No one said you have to "meal prep". Yes that term seems to scare people. Just plan your meals for the week. You can mix and match by the way you feel, but then you know what you have and know you don't have to stop for greasy snacks, or that "quick" burger.

May seem easy, fast, and cheap AT THE TIME. But it adds up quick.

When you go to the store look at the fresh items and go for the quality over quantity.

Left Overs

When you have left overs, do you toss them in the trash? Or let them sit and think "uhh I had that yesterday"?

Here is the other way to save- turn those left overs into something better.

Example you had Burgers, turn that meat into crushed taco salads and fully load it, or even a taco bowl. Add all your favorites. Don't be afraid to try new things.
