One time consult to help you or a loved one reach the goal of maintaining or gaining weight. These days it is hard to find the right way to fuel your body to meet YOUR needs. I've been through the battle of not maintaining a weight and my oldest not gaining weight with his allergy restrictions. I know first hand how hard it can be. We are all different and finding the right fit of foods then adjusting them to your needs can be a challenge with out the right help.
